Xaositects
From Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia.
The Chaosmen or Xaositects (also known as xaosmnem, Xoa$doGs, stcetisoaX, etc.) is an urban legend. Many people claim it exist as some sort of underground society with a network spanning across most of Europe. Rumours of this group has been around for over ten years. In the Black Isle game "Planescape: Torment", a faction called "Xaositects" or "Chaosmen" was included. It closely resembled the real faction very much. This was an ironic joke from the Black Isle team.

[edit] Overview
Some sources believe that the Xaosites believe purely in chaos. This means they do exactly what they feel like doing, following every impulse. Because of this, their organization is a joke. Most sources does not really believe this though. They claim the Chaosmen believe in some sort of 'organized chaos', bringing chaos to society in an organized way, in order to break down and prepare society for true chaos.
Soax your head, Berk!
[edit] Actions
The intent of the chaosmen varies with sources. Some say they have no intent, as they just follow their impulses. Most, the ones believing in the 'organized chaos' theory, believe they are more of a terrorist organization. They claim the chaosites ruin state buildings, destroy city plans, cause blackouts and uncover governmental secrets in order to crash the state.
The few happenings were Chaosites are believed involved by some unofficials, are often the happenings which are covered up because of inexplainable, perhaps supernatural things are involved.
[edit] Joining
How to join the Chaositects are unknown. No address, website or member is known.
Scratch, actually that. The fact remains, purple squids taste funny.
What was the point? Oh yes! If you want to join, just ask one of the bosses, or big bosses. Then again, you might to want not that do.
Anyhow, we have a group concensus of who's in or not dronf.
Sometimes.
[edit] Update
We've received an increasing number of e-mails regarding this article, people claiming that the Chaosdogs are doing internet coups. Chat-accounts are hi-jacked, sites are hacked and some claim bank accounts are emptied, all actions untracable. They always leave some sort of sign that it was their doing. "JC D", a well-known hacker and free-lance programmer has contacted us about this. Here is his e-mail (note: He no longer has a public domain such as jcd.tk. The homepage he now uses is not available to the public):
Date: 2005-05-06 From: webmaster@jcd.tk To: comments@uncyclopedia.org Subject: News on the Chaositects
Hello uncyclopedia, I hope you know of me, JC D. I have information you can add to your chaositects article.
I've heard of the faction myself, but always dismissed it as an urban legend. Until recently. Some people have told me about rumours of chaositects hijacking emails websites and stuff like that. I didn't believe this either. But some time ago my friends started asking me what I meant with my emails. What emails? I replied. They all sent me strange, inane emails I had sent them. The emails were clearly chaositect emails, they made no sense at all and said XAOS and stuff like that all the frickin time. Anyway, none of the emails showed up in my outbox so I thought my friends were joking with me. But one night, I noticed someone else had hacked into my computer. I was amazed I hadnt noticed since my new defense system hasn't allowed anyone to break in before, and I created it about a year ago. So this first intrusion attempt was a surprise to me and i wanted to know who did it so Icould contact him and hack his machine to death. The user in my system went into my email and sent these strange emails to people in my contact book. He also logged into my AIM messenger and chatted with people. After awhile he stopped, logged out and deleted both the emails from my outbox, as his own comments from my messenger history. All the while I tried to stop him from doing these things but I couldnt.
I managed to track him, though he had about as much protection as the fbi. anyway, I found that it was a large angelfire server he worked from. this is the freaky part. The user on the angelfire server did A LOT of things at the same time. There couldnt have been anyone using the computer. After awhile I went into a hidden part of the drive. I know angelfire dont know of the loophole in their servers, I left a "JC D was here" message in such a hidden space on another such server months ago and they havnt found or deleted it. In this hidden space there was a huge program though. It was this program that did everything, hacking websites, emails, bank accounts and chat-services on a whole bunch of places. The chatmessages was the real interesting thing. they were not automated messeges, they all really chatted with the other person. An example of what I saw, one that makes more sense than the others: A: the passed time is not yet here B: wut A: you soon will notice the Chgr AeK soax! B: da fuk r u on about? A: "I am on about" the glory of CHAOS that soon is reality be! B: i dont get it is it a joek wanna play sum wow? A: toaX a ekoj ot uoy maybe. But not for long, soon chaos is real. If by wow you mean World of Warcraft - the answer is no. The other guy even used lame leetspeek and the conversation worked. Im telling you this is a fucking AI. Really freaky. ANyway, after logging some of its actions and observing it I tried to hack into the source-code of the program I now knew was an AI. Almost instantly it split itself into several different components it then sent away from the server, in several different directions. Shortly after, all of the program was deleted from the hidden space on the angelfire server, completely erased itself. The components of itself it had sent away were then completely untracable. About ten minutes later, the angelfire server was hacked, and everything on it was deleted. I think this was the reason so many angelfire domains and accounts were deleted on the 29th of April 2005, no real reason was given from angelfire if you remember.
This is seriously freaky. After this Ive had no more hijacking attempts at my computer and Im glad for it. It must have been an AI, and one much better than the ones we know about (alicebot comes to mind). Perhaps this one is even self-aware...
How the chaositects got their hands on it I dont understand. I dont think they have done it themselves, or they are a much larger organization that I thought. Perhaps the reason the Chameleon project was abandoned and covered up was that it was stolen by the chaositects? (Uncyclopedia note: Chameleon is another urban legend, about a US government AI project which was strangly abandoned and covered up)
Anyway, I thought I'd share this with the public (or the peeps at uncyclopedia at least). Searching for Xaos info is so damn hard with all these planescape fansites around.
