You see, we're doing an experiment; how many categories can we put this article in before an admin notices and deletes it? (Quite a few, apparently...)

Here you go, this one's pretty good. I don't know that much about wine, but this one I can safely recommend. I've heard it makes a great accompaniment for salmon. Funny, I can't imagine a delicate Sauvignon lasting all that long in an untamed Scottish brook, but you learn something new everyday, I guess.
