Windows Movie Maker, (pronounced: ERROR, CAN'T GET PRONOUNCED WORD) is a non-free linear crap video crashing application spread through the internet as a virus by Apple Inc. It is well known for its auto-lag feature, believed to be stolen by Sony for the newly released PS3. While it was once compatible with all platforms, including Windows, Mac, Linux, and Unix, it is now only available to owners of Windows Vista I Can't Believe It's Not Ultimate, in order to increase Microsoft's sales.

[edit] Windows Movie Maker used in history

Windows Movie Maker has been quite frequently used for torture in history, mainly by the Nazis of Nazi Germany in the second world war. And they'd be all like, (strong German accent) "Now, Jew! You must make ein simple 3 second movie of Hitler. Here is ein picture of Hitler. To escape, you must create this movie on... WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER!!!!" The victim would then continue with cries and screams, usually translated into things such as "No! Not that! ANYTHING BUT THAT!" and "WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!?"

[edit] Versions

A common WMM error from everyday usage
  • Movie Maker 0.3645.6659.2 generated GIF animations of a rotating ice cream cone of any color (limited to a 16-color palette). With the user demand for more features, Microsoft responded with the completion of Movie Maker 1 which lacked undo and captured video by stealing it from Google's spider database.
  • Movie Maker 2 featured all the capabilities of windows media player, captured video to .wmm2 format, could save projects, and undo. The upgrade received much praise from critics for its simplicity because one no longer had to spend time editing, and could still undo the captured video.
  • Movie maker 3 vista is reported to feature editing capabilities and in turn is receiving negative public response. Microsoft's chief software developer Ed Tucker leaked in an interview with BBC that the company has chosen to remove undo for more a retro appeal, and add an on-screen video capture function of the blue screen of death to share with repair technicians.
