[edit] Early Years

Yankovich was born on August 29, 1958 in the city of Serbia, Germany. His parents were Johnny Sienkowski Yankovich, a Russian soldier of Polish ancestry; and Elsa Bergenhof, a resident of the city of Serbia. Yankovic had a troubled childhood. His mother was a gullible woman who sold money to people for free & fed him nothing but coleslaw until he left for America. Additionally, his father couldn't spell his own name, and had a tendency to beat up his senior officers. Unfortunately, his grandpa got run over by a beer truck one Christmas, driven by his grandma. She cried a lot during the funeral, not because of what she did, but because the insurance went to pay an extensive bar tab that he owed at Woody's Bar. This incident was later immortalized in the song "Grandpa Got Run Over by a Beer Truck". Wierd Al Yankovich loves the slaski.

[edit] Musical Career

Yankovich used music as a way to escape his problems. He taught himself a variety of different music styles including rock, polka, pop, and country. When Star Wars came out in 1977, he made a disco version of the Star Wars theme. In fact, a bunch of his songs have a Star Wars theme, such as "Y.O.D.A." (another Star Wars disco song), "Chewbacca, What a Wookie", et cetera. Soon after, he left for America. His music is often profane, racist, sexually explicit or otherwise considered offensive, in part because of his troubled childhood. In America, he met a girl named Zelda, a Ukrainian woman. However, al discovered she was really ugly, and broke up with her. She became the basis for al's song "Ukrainian Woman". Like "Weird Al" Yankovic, a bunch of Wierd al's songs are satires on certain moments in pop culture, such as "Ball Star": a song about O.J. Simpson's alleged murder of his wife. Wierd al is also a "wigga", and for a time was part of a rap group called Wiggaz With Attitude, notable for the song "I'm a Wigga". Thier first album was called W.W.A. & the Posers. However, band member Hard H was killed by Mr. T for being a wigga. After this, Wierd al got scared, and left the band. This led to the band's breakup. With the introduction of Napster and other music-downloading websites, a bunch of people found some of Wierd al's songs and wrongly labeled them under "Weird Al" Yankovic's name. When Napster was shut down, Al released a song called "Internet Sandman", a parody of Metallica's song "Enter Sandman".

[edit] Recent Years

After 9/11, Yankovich has also been a patriotic American citizen. This can be seen in some of his songs, such as "Bomb Osama", "Bomb Iraq" & "Saddam Hussein". He also recently released some of his previously unreleased material, such as "Nine Inch Claws" & "Wonderbra" for free download.

After living in the U.S. of A for a while, he decided to find out what happened to his parents. They were still happily married and living in California with his grandfather, "Blind Lime" yankovich (long thought to have been killed in the aforementioned "Beer Truck Incident"). Apparently, they decided to move over to America to visit him. However, his visits are rather limited due to a man-hunt that "Weird Al" Yankovic has started (see below).

[edit] Legacy

Wierd al has successfully proven that the Backstreet Boys are gay. As a result of Napster and people mislabeling his songs under Wierd Al Yankovich and "Weird Al" Yankovic's name, this has led a bunch of people to mistakenly boycott Weird Al. Weird Al has been outraged that many offensive songs were being misattributed to him, and started a nationwide manhunt for the person responsible. Of course, since Wierd al yankovich is not as well-known AND is a master of disguise, he has not been captured yet. Some reports suggest that he may be living in New York under the alias of David Brody, or in Idaho as Brad Shamus. Even so, there are also some reports that Wierd al may be a mysterious individual known as the Redneck Jihad. Wierd al also starred in his own movie, VHF, about some loser who inherits a failing VHF television from an uncle he never knew, and would have hated if he knew. However, the movie generated controversy due to its negative portrayal of kitten huffing, and was soon pulled from theaters. Wierd al did the soundtrack for the movie and released it on his album VHF - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack and Other Random Crap That Kanye West Doesn't Care About. The DVDSBRR3 version is soon to be developed.

In addition, some people speculate that he actually blew his brains out in the late 80's after people stopped buying his records. This is most definitely false, as people are still buying his records today.

[edit] Albums

  • NOTE: A couple of new songs have been confirmed for Straight Outta Dëütschländ: "Kiss My Mother Fuckin' Ass", "The Real Filipino" (a parody of "The Real Slim Shady" by Eminem), plus some previously unreleased material such as "Nine Inch Claws".
