First of all: CEX was made in August. You can't just tag it with a WiP and call it a day.

Second of all: VFD is a democratic process in which users vote to delete articles based on quality. If you don't want it deleted, for whatever reason you may have, you don't just remove the nomination and leave a condescending message in the edit summary. Things like that can get you banned for a pretty long time, and with your history of sockpuppets and month-long bans, I wouldn't expect leniency. You vote keep, instead. Also, if you want to save a page, just start a sub-page in your userspace. Maybe use C+P to get the code from wherever it is to something like User:Zana Dark/CEX.
