OK threw a few lines in there. I also linked to Flesh Gordon, a film that that was released before the 1980 movie Flash Gordon. I understand there are plans to remake Flash, but I would prefer Flesh as it featured they only obscene talking, stop-go animated figure in film history. A recommend if you haven't heard about it or seen it. --

I would extend the intro to set out the subject you want to address first. A couple of paragraphs, a note that people often repeat a cliche if it sounds good. In this particular one, I am reminded of things like You Don't have to be mad to work here but it helps if you are to I know you won't mind me saying that but. Then go onto this one in particular I'm not a racist but and then dissect it as you have done. The 'I am not a..but' line is used for a lot of other situations like I'm not a sexist but if my partner earns more money than me then women don't deserve equal pay.. or I'm no prude but when I posed for Playboy I did it for art and not profit and such like. --

I am? If you mean donating ideas, paragraphs, illustrations...yep, I guess that is right. Collab efforts are fine but my own view that it helps to have a core theme in an article to make sense of it. If that can be agreed upon, then a group of writers should be able to come up with a result. --

Hi, I've been looking for unused images that are blatant copyright violations (that is, the uploader didn't provide a sufficient fair use rationale) to be posted to VFD. Anyway, I came across this image which claims to be a violation but can't be copyrighted in the first place because it's simple geometry. Regards image copyright, Uncyclopedia will remove an image if the complainant can prove it is their image. So far, since I have been here, we have had only one instance of a photo being removed when a freelance photographer saw their image here. So, go ahead and use that image. The 'warning' is a joke btw. --

I for one waste little time on the rationale field, though if something I stole from Google Images was devised by government, I note in the text that "I paid for this." Otherwise I just punt and claim it was stolen, to be on the safe side. Correcting the rationale, or even adding useful information to the text on the source of the image, would be useful help, just like adding Categories. On the other hand, as Frosty said in VFD, something that's actually unused could be taken straight to QVFD. Spıke ¬ 12:32 12-May-12

Thought I'd let you know about a new feature we've got on recent changes, called "patrolled edits". If you do any cleanup on RC, patrolling can be a useful tool. Essentially, it "approves" edits by any users who are not in the auto-patrolled user group (IPs, newbies, etc). It makes it much easier for multiple people to sweep up, as they don't have to keep checking the same pages. You can read about it here. Also, if you'd like to patrol multiple edits at a time, or just patrol edits directly from RC, I've got a special javascript which I whipped up recently. You can use it by putting importScript( "User:Bizzeebeever/scripts/patrol.js" ) into either your uncyclopedia.js or monobook.js, depending on which theme you use.

Ok...why not just have Hitler banned from editing Uncyclopedia because he has uploaded a copyright problem picture and is blaming his own sock puppets for the mistake? He wanted to write great stories for the wikia. He has been banned from Wikipedia, even barred from Encyclopedia Dramatica for uploading a self portrait of him engaged in a gross act but they judge it as 'not original'. You could then use screen grabs of Downfall from You Tube to illustrate the story. --

What! An article longer than 'the epic'!! At least mine and Zarbag's has illustrations. I don't mind the tag on ours, you are correct and by doing that you have reminded me that the History of Great Britain is still not quite there as a finished work. As for Lost (TV series), that needs some TLC from someone to at least throw in some illustrations. I don't know if it is a parody as such as I didn't watch the show. There is a similar problem at Postman Pat, though I pretty sure all the episodes mentioned there are complete fabrications. In my view a good parody only works if it mirrors the original subject matter but in a crazy, almost impossible way. As I have mentioned elsewhere, one of best parodies I have read was Bored of the Rings. --

Hi Matt. Since history was my 'major' and a general interest too, I tend to gravitate towards those subjects here. I have made a couple of changes. I am aware that the piece is written in a very partisan tone and so will use some Un-PC terms about other people. That's fine but I think it could be funny where the author is struggling to control his prejudices in an attempt to create a 'balanced' article about WW2. --
