On "Let It Be"

No problem.

I guess I wasn't thinking a complete parody of the Wikipedia article...just taking aspects of it and placing them in yours. As for uploading pics, there are a couple of ways to go about it. If you have photoshop (or something of the sort), then you can make the changes between pics, taking a cat and some Beatles pics and putting the cat over Paul. Otherwise, you could just put in random pics with captions like this:

  1. Find a pic you like on the internet. Check the page it's on to see if there is copyright attached to it.
  2. Right click on the pic and choose to "Save Picture As..."
  3. Go here and go to the "Upload File" section on the navigation bar on the left.
  4. Go down the page and click the "Browse" button in the middle. Select the pic you want to use, and hit OK.
  5. Below the "Comment" space is something that asks for where you found the image. If there is copyright, it's going to take awhile to get permission, so it's best to look for one that doesn't have it attached. In this last case, choose "Found the Image Somewhere."
  6. VIOLE! If it doesn't upload because a file already has that name, just go back, change the name of the file, and submit again.

I hope that's what you were talking about with uploading. Otherwise, I just sounded like a condescending idiot.

As for resubmitting to Pee Review, I'd wait until you have everything on there you want to put on and have had a chance to clean it up.

Good luck!--Mr.Vib 13:36, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

That image works, but you would have to shrink it quite a bit, if it shows up large at first like it did on my page (before shrinking itself). You can either do this by using the stretch/skew button in Microsoft Paint, or, when you upload the image, put a | after the file name (by holding ALT and pressing 124 on the number pad) and typing in #px (replacing # with a number below 300), followed by another |. Just check some picture files on other pages (by clicking "edit") to see how they do it. If it shows up in the smaller version, then use 300px.--Mr.Vib 14:10, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

Anytime :)

Anytime :) im not entirely sure to be honest with you. I was thinking along the lines of broken items that are made to look like they work maybe? like electrical goods. or cheap forgeries of items: things like blatently forged "designer" clothing? its quite a hard thing to think of really. my only other suggestion would be worthless crap dressed up to look expensive/valuable like ornaments or fake "antiques". they're the only things i can think of at the moment but i'll get back to you if i come up with anything else. Just another note i never thanked you for putting the "{Username}" code on my fuckwits page. i was wondering how to do that so it was much appreciated :) --Bonner 21:04, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

My UnNews

Thank you very much for the review you did for UnNews:Host_of_NBC's_"To_Catch_a_Predator"_arrested_for_attempted_rape_of_a_minor. I've posted at RadicalX's Corner, and hopefully I'll soon have another good picture for the page. It's always hard to find good ones for UnNews. Anyways, thanks! P.M., WotM, & GUN, Sir Led Balloon Baloon(Tick Tock) (Contribs) 23:21, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

Thanks For the advice :) I have just voted for your page as well and a question...can anyone put their user page up for User page of the month or does it have to be specially selected? If you can i may do some tinkering and put my page up for voting next month. BonSig.png (Bonner) Icons-flag-gb (Talk) 18:40, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

I didn't even know that existed. I made that page over a year ago when I first signed up.

Thanks(?)--Mr.Vib 21:35, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

Actually, since it's my User Page, does it qualify?--Mr.Vib 21:42, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

Review is done.--Mr.Vib 22:12, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

You seem pretty cool, and plus I think your stars are in that template up there. Thanks for both of those things. :) --THINKER 06:32, 22 June 2007 (UTC)

What is IRC? How can I get an account there? And can I haave someone fix my sig and make sure it properly links to the Block User Page. Also, the timestamp should be fixed. A link to my sig is User:Manforman/sig. I'd appreciate your help as soon as possible. --Sir Manforman CUN 23:17, 28 June 2007 (UTC)

Click on the Chatroom link in the community box on the left of your screen, or just click here. Use CGI-IRC if you haven't downloaded IRC (you don't need to download to use it). If you want to download it, that appears to be quite complicated, so I suggest you either don't download it or wait for someone who knows more about it to respond to your help template. You'll also need an admin to tell you if the block link works. Icons-flag-au Sir Cs1987 UOTM. t. c 18:10, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

Your Signature

If you'd notice, your signature causes a line break every time after the word (Damn!), like so:

--Sir Manforman CUN 15:06, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

This usually causes general mess-ups and mayhems in voting places. Personally, I'm not exactly sure how to fix it. I just attempted to a few minutes ago by removing a line break at the end but that didn't seem to do much, so maybe you should ask a sysop or someone who's more adept with dealing with faulty singatures --Littleboyonly TKFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK Oldmanonly 15:35, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

I fixed it. It had a rogue <small>. They're dangerous without a </small> to keep watch over them. Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 17:43, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

Don't blank shit

even if it's your own. --Spin 04:36, 2 July 2007 (UTC)

I reviewed your UnNews article; keep up with that, the score could be much higher, even with minimal improvements. And I saw that Let It Be got reviewed already, so if you want me for a second opinion, just move the current review to Let it Be's talk page and I'll do another on it's Pee Review page. --THINKER 05:35, 2 July 2007 (UTC)

Banned one month 00:52, 7 December 2006. Socks: Jaybenad, MorningGlory, Pood, Offishal Bizniss. All who voted for Benson's image: Republican Pond Whale. I created the SotM Award just for Benson's disgrace. I had it huffed (the award page) then AAA! wanted to try and make it work. I just help watch over the page. Bits And Bobs

I voted for your userpage and i like how you've tied it in to the whole selling crap on eBay theme. I've also fixed a few minor spelling and grammar issues and added a couple more links on your HowTo: Deceive people on eBay article. I Like the additions you have made to the page by the way, nice job. BonSig.png (Bonner) Icons-flag-gb (Talk) 20:16, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

Your sig was broken. I took it upon myself to fix it, but bear in mind (should you ever create a new sig) that all HTML <tags> must be nested. That means that you shouldn't introduce new attributes to currently open tags without closing the first instance. Since the wording of that sentence was choked and pathetic, an example:

<font color="green">Text etc. etc. <font color="blue">More text</font></font>

This is wrong. Since the "blue" takes over as the current font color, there is no use in keeping "green" open. In fact, this causes a problem. This causes the tags to believe they are unclosed, which messes up the formatting of the text anywhere you post (which you saw). The above code should look like this:

<font color="green">Text etc. etc. </font><font color="blue">More text</font>

Look at your current sig code if you want to see what I did, and feel free to ask me on my talk page if you still have questions.-Sir Ljlego, GUN VFH FIYC WotM SG WHotM PWotM AotM EGAEDM ANotM + (Talk) 00:55, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

Actually, that first example is the "fixed" example. My "fix". You fixed my fix. Mine displayed properly, or appeared to. I'm not big on rules, man. I'm a bad apple; rotten to the core. Sir Modusoperandi Boinc! 01:03, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
I don't think so, though. Because when I was on your page (with my browser refreshed) it was displaying wrongly. Ah well. In any case, it is better to follow rules when it comes to code, because not doing so will lead to pissed off people in the long run. And a whole mess when what you do finally breaks.-Sir Ljlego, GUN VFH FIYC WotM SG WHotM PWotM AotM EGAEDM ANotM + (Talk) 01:06, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

A couple things...

  1. You are not an administrator. Remove the part in your template at the top of your talk page about banning people.
  2. Don't welcome IPs.--Andorin Kato 17:53, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
Well, the thing is, if the IP in question likes Uncyclopedia and wants to be a contributor, they can register for an account, and then welcoming them is perfect. I knew a user that got banned for welcoming IPs, and I don't want anyone else to get banned for it. IP talk pages tend to be unnecessary, and if they do exist, they're usually there to let the IP know that they've been warned about vandalism, blanking, etc. This one time, it isn't a big deal- just don't make a habit out of welcoming IP addresses. --Andorin Kato 17:59, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
