I hate to noob up and ask, but what is the purpose of this? Only reply if it is interesting/profitable, I guess --Palsworth 00:31, 11 January 2007 (UTC)

And what exactly is an open proxy?--Witt, Union leader of Union member UNion Entertain me* 02:08, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
Ah, good question, young ones. Proxies are computers or servers that act as an intermediate point for web transfer, essentially changing your apparent IP. Therefore, they can be used to get around blocks. I am making the list here because Uncyclopedia policy is that no open proxies are permitted to edit. Any questions? —The Right Honourable Major Sir Hinoa KUN UmP UotM Bur MDA NS CM (talk) 02:11, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
