Howdy ho there. Please feel free to leave some gumph here and I will reply as soon as I can.
If not I will be festering here.

Hello, and good bye?

Hi. It'd be nice if you could come back here too, for awhile. I saw you run by a forum, but I must have been imagining a spectre from the past. Those damn kids. Aleister 11?33 4-?-'12 (U?C)

Ah, I have fond memories of my time here, but I fear there is nothing more for me to do. There are now millions of admen who can do things so much quicker, and better, than myself. Same goes for article writing, to which I sadly have much less time to dedicate these days - hence Illogicopedia and its less restrictive nature. I like to write stuff without fear of it being deleted a year down the line. That said, I can foresee a time when my contributions there will, like here, wind down. Am I cracking up, or just getting older?
Nah! Uncyclopedia is still the worst! Benson is better than all of us, except Mr Winkler. Yahaa!
Yeah. -- Hindleyite Converse 11:42, May 4, 2012 (UTC)
You are delusional. There aren't enough admins actually, they all go away at a certain time of day and the vandals run the place. Yeah, there are styles here and at Illogico. I've had the luck of having two of my pages featured at ?, which makes me one of you guys too. I dragged some of the pages over here too, but not all of them are overlapable. But if you have any normal person writing to do yet, please grace us here with some of the crazy. I wonder if there's a second wind here. I've done two and a half years here, although I was gone for much of 2011, and I seem to usually do things in four year cycles for the learning curve. When I don't write here as much I wonder if I'll come back to it someday, in a lesser way but still something. You are still delusional (and you remind me that I should go work on some of my unfinished stuff at ?). Aleister 11:49 (UTC)
I guess it depends on your opinion of what counts for 'quick admin justice'. At Illogicopedia, if a spammer is banned within two days, then that's excellent. I must admit I haven't been back here for a while so I dunno what the current situation is, but it does seem significantly less active than, say, a year ago. But then I only really browse the forums these days.
Of late, I haven't done a lot of writing full stop. When you leave education you realise it's nothing like the real world, so you have to learn all over again, leaving less time for stuff you like doing. Might be because I went to art school - nobody wants the services of a writer-cum-artist-cum-videographer-cum-everythingunderthesun. It sucks, but priorities change.
Enough navel gazing. Is Uncyc still upsetting the establishment or has it become Wikia's best bud? -- Hindleyite Converse 12:22, May 4, 2012 (UTC)
One thing Uncyclopedia isn't short of is navelism. --LaurelsRomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 22:58, May 5, 2012 (UTC)
Naw, we have one or two vandals here who some of us really like (I have a feature with the 92 vandal) and I'm seriously thinking of nomming the 92 vandal for WotM at some point. They stick around a long time when they come on because there are some hours where admins are absent, and at other times they play with them. The idiot vandals are taken care of quite quickly though. Wikia seems to hold us at bay, but I'm not into the day by day activities or IRC, so I may have missed any dustups (and I was basically gone for half of 2011). I shall have to visit you at ?pedia when I log in there too. Aleister 11:47 6-5-'12
