Groveling is second best only to pie - to upload an image, look at the box to the left marked "toolbox". In it you will hopefully find a link which has to do with "uploading files". Upload your image, using a memorable "Destination File Name". See your image by placing code something of the form [[Image:DestinationFileName.whatever]] on a page.
