Very impressed by SHS... serious quality stuff. Wish it were real. I may even be persuaded to do some articles on educational establishments with which I have some experience. - Thanks for the spelling fix, I don't mind that at all! Anyways, as far as school articles go, try to make it so they will be funny for, say, anyone who went to college or high school, not just that specific one. SHS for example is supposed to mock the dysfunctional oppressive high school system of the entire US, not just the school I went to. Make the humor 'accessible' to most people, if you will. Generally articles that are just inside jokes about profs and stuff get deleted, but if you do something with broader appeal you'll be okay. -- 22:49, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

Do something like User:George VI/Beer - make a slash with a wiki link. You'll have to click the link to create the page after you type it in manually; there could be a better way, but I'm not aware of it -- 04:56, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

You can win awards and prizes! You can become a better writer by subjecting your articles to the scrutiny of UnNews critique machine or UnCanninator shit article detection system. You can become a thorn in the side of Journalism as a whole. You can get promotions, ribbons, and free crockery! You can write stuff your mom would be ashamed to show her friends.

At present, I create UnCartoons for UnNews all by my onesies, for better or worse. Now, I will never claim that I am a good cartoonist. Fortunately, the internet provides us a way to do all sorts of things simply and easily. I found Stripgenerator.com, a great site to create cartoons with a minimum of talent.
