edit HowTo:Start a new page
You type the title in the search box, push the "go" button, and what you will get is a page telling you no such article exists. Somewhere on there are words like, "Would you like to create such and such an article", you push on that and a page template will appear with the title on top and a blank section to type in not too far under it. I suggest you strongly follow the second one in particular after seeing the comments you made at SPIKE. Just a friendly warning that you should keep calm when talking to other users.
