At Uncyclopedia, writing articles is not a requirement, but it certainly is a fun and easy way to express your creativity. To write an article, it's recommended that you start it in your userspace (for example, User:Crankygrandmaz/Article about stuff) so you can edit it at your leisure. If you decide to create it in the cold world of mainspace, make sure it is in accordance with the policies laid out above, and if you're not done put the "Work-In-Progress" template - {{construction}} - onto it as well.

If the current colonization doesn't suit your fancy, then browse our rewrite and idea categories. We have lots of articles just sitting around for someone to improve, so don't be afraid - dive right in!

Pages for deletion

Hey, thanks for your concern with the vandalism. In the future, however, instead of adding a template to pages to mark them for quick deletion, just add them to Uncyclopedia:QuickVFD. Thanks. 1234 ~ 03:03, 28 August 2011

Although now that I think about it, you probably won't be able to do that anyway, new as your account is... in four days, though, when your account becomes autoconfirmed, that'll be what to do with them. Helping out

Oh I noticed on User talk:Oliphaunte you deleted some vandalism by the anons, but can you please check the revision history as the IP wasn't the only contributor and had deleted legit edits. What I'm saying is in this case you should have used the undo feature not blanked it. If you come accross a page created by one of the spammers, add an entry to QVFD instead of just blanking it. ~Sir Frosty (Talk to me!) 03:45, August 28, 2011 (UTC)
