Rather rare creatures, the good fairies preform many important functions (eventually, in theory) on uncyclopedia.
[edit] The Re-write Fairy
The Re-write Fairy and its work is rarely seen, if ever. Whenever you write a snub, crappy article, or random nonsense, or when you slap a re-write tag the Re-write Fairy will, according to legend, fix the said garbage. However, the existence of the Re-write Fairy is questioned by many skeptics, due to the total lack of evidence of the Re-write Fairy's work.

These common, boring, mildly annoying, yet occasionally entertaining creatures are among the most common, yet, fortunately, short lived family of fairies. These Fairies, often with names like 384.944.394.002, are known for making sure every article links to Oscar Wilde, Chuck Norris, Mr. T., Goa Tse, and other such memes.

Although more at home in the much more friendly environments of wikipedia and Encyclopedia Dramatica, the pr0n fairy is also a well known inhabitant of uncyclopedia. As its name suggest, the Pr0n will insert

Commonly believed to be a cross between the

Consisting of a whole family of specific types of fetish fairies, they are the more powerful and wicked cousins of the pr0n fairy. The prevert Fairy is far beyond than inserting tits into articles; he inserts grossly perverted and very specific fetish images and prose (and maybe an occasional poem) into articles. They are also known to be much more persistent than pr0n fairies, often not stopping until the entire article is converted to a form of fetish pr0n to their liking.

By far the most reliable of the fairies, these industrious creatures are known for their ability to stick a {{NRV}} {{ICU}} template into every new article created in mainspace instead of on user-space. These ICU templates will infect your newborn article, and generally cause death in about a week unless removed.

Although there total numbers are much lower than Internet Meme Fairies, there longer life span, yet , the VFD fairies exist solely to stick VFD tags on all your articles that passed the NRV, even articles that have survived for years. Like Santa Claus, most VFD Fairies are known to make lists & check them twice; however, unlike Santa, and like the Grim Reaper, VFD fairies deliver death instead of presents.
