I grew up watching Star Trek, even wore a pair of Star Trek: The Motion Picture socks as a kid (with picture of Kirk, Spock, & Ilia). But, I never really considered myself a Trekkie/Trekker. I love all the series, although the post-Roddenberry ones have a higher crap-factor.
