This is the realm of the almighty God of Grues. It is also a recruitment station for users to join in the unofficial user group, the Grue Apocalypse. Don't worry, it'll become VERY official soon. It is only in its beginning stages, but it'll be pretty impressive later on. And if you join, you'll become a grue without weaknesses!
