This is an essay. It is not an ignorable policy on Uncyclopedia, so you should ignore it even more and disregard the mad ramblings of its writer. Or you could submit it as an Uncycloversity assignment in lieu of actually doing any work.

I'm getting really sick of the VFD reason "200Xcruft."* From here on out, when it's my turn to clean out VFD, I refuse to delete any article where that reason is given.

Why, you ask? Simple: It is, without exception, the lamest reason I have ever seen given for an article deletion ever--and I've deleted pages for the reason "I felt like it." The term "200Xcruft" implies (at least in my mind) that the main reason you want the page gone is because it was written in 200X. This is not to say that you don't know what you're doing; the article probably sucks. However, there are better reasons for deleting it. Instead of giving that reason, why not use a more valid reason, like "this article sucks balls?" I'll happily accept those reasons.
