Those responsible are yet to be found, tried and punished, but it is an established fact that both were born. Chiyonosake is a danger to the community, and has been locked away for 15 years. Finally into the open, he saw the light, and went towards it, adjusted the brightness, and fell in love with a potato-like puzzle. He has starred in series of comic books, known as Deadpool.
