Today, in my little house,
I saw a quiet little mouse.
I greeted it, and it smelled.
"How peculiar," I thought, as I ate it,
"...that this would happen to me!"
And the ants said in reply,
"It's not your fault, old chap!
...we could see it coming a hundred miles away."
So I ate and slept,
writing poems about stupid crap.
