edit Eight Simple Steps to Being a Great Uncyclopedian

  1. Click the Random Article button in the left navigation bar.
  2. Read the article (or at least part of it).
If it is/was featured, it's at its best; don't make it worse by trying to change it.
If it's UnNews, leave it alone.
Otherwise, it might have room for improvement.
  3. Read the article again.
Look for anything that seems awkward or out of place. This might include grammar errors, nonsensical sentence structure, unnecessary blank space, apparent gaps in the space/time continuum, etc.
If you find nothing out of order, skip to step 5.
  4. If something is out of order, click the Edit button.
    If you can, fix it.
If you can't but think someone else can, add a {{fix}} or {{stuck}} tag.
If the problem seems impossible for anyone to solve, nominate for deletion.
  5. See what else you can do for Uncyclopedia.
  6. Take the intiative: write something funny of your own.
Want feedback? Request a Peer Review.
  7. Your voice counts: vote for the good stuff and vote off the bad.
  8. Congratulations! You're on your way to becoming a friend of ours. Now go back to Step 1 and become an even better Uncyclopedian.
