So on LOS ANGELES, Calif., October 2, 2007, EALA realised that they haven't earned enough. So they decided to come out with another money milking opportunity, compiling Command & Conquer The First Decent Package with the recently released Command + Conquer 3: Tiberium Warts.
To cover up the excuse EA games released mentioned about the "First and Last Decent Package", here's their official statement
| To commomerate the thirteen years of Command & Conquer, EA Game decides to accomplish something, by making the awesome C&C SAGA, it'll contain all C&C products including our awesome C+C3 Tiberium Warts! Get it now! It's really awesome of the awesomeness!" |

Thus in one moment of pure laziness, "Command & Conquer Saga" was born.
EA games later admitted that they were lazy but still assured fans it has not contradicted "the first and last "Decent" package" they made during the release of The First Decent Package time. The fans were angry by the cheap tactics EA used, and organised an anti-EA month long campaign.
The protest stopped as soon as EA Games quickly hyped a totally brand new spin-off to Tiberium Warts, known as Kane's Waffles, to be released on Spring 2008.
