This mysterious phantom lives in darkness and thrives on misery. Nobody has heard his voice, nobody has seen his face and he is merely referred to as the enigmatic "User 147.126.95.147", which is clearly hippy language for "a bright sunbeam of hope, man". This, however, invalidates our description, which is based on absolute speculation, so the hippies must be wrong, no matter how stoned they are.
