ICU was not followed up several weeks after the due date. Note well that this article actually predicted that some people would in real life claim paternity of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter even before they publically did so, e.g. O J Simpson. Keep Not the most funny thing in the world, and to some extent, blatantly offensive and almost supportive of stereotypes. All that said, we have plenty of offensive articles and we've fought multiple wars to "protect" articles perceived as damaging. I think the same applies here. Whomever wrote this obviously put a decent amount of time into it, size-wise. It needs plenty of work, but I don't think of it as kill worthy. If you delete this, delete beaner too. Whereas an article like, say, Stereotype Reassignment Surgery is a brilliant satiric take on racism, this concept is nothing but the racism, and its title does not have redeeming potential. At the end of the day, it will always have to be about people who "act like a race they aren't", which is in turn saying nothing but "each race is supposed to act in certain ways and that's that." Perhaps the most offensive entry, which takes up a good portion of the article as it now exists, is the one on Wayne Brady, who apparently, along with all major black American leaders "thinks he's white," presumably because his image is "safe," which, of course, "real" black people never are. This is why I went into all that detail, because I knew this would be hard to explain. I'll try to do so anyway: Suburban Homeboy is just fine because it mimics the pheonomenon well, in stereotypical/parodic ways; it's not saying in literal terms that he is "acting black" or that to do so is somehow "incorrect." You could have an equally funny article written in the style of a hippie or skateboarder or whatever you like. This article, on the other hand, is only funny if you start out with the perspective whereby racial features truly exist. While I'm sure its writer didn't realize this, it basically goes beyond culture into the realm of biology. In reality, deep down, most whites have been "wiggers" since the 50's, and the same goes for all groups; the whole idea becomes nonsensical in an unfunny way. Of course, in truth, I'm almost tempted to throw in the towel here about this; it's not that big a deal.— Lenoxus 05:43, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, I think it's perfectly fair to make fun of a culture associated with a race, or people who appropriate such a culture while being of a different race - this is why making fun of gangsta rap itself as well as white people who imitate it seems funny to me.
