Keep except sort of not really. I am against this kind of mass genocide - kill all of TYATU? Quite apart from that being quite a large undertaking, that would require more than just the kind of simple 5 : 0 vote that gets rid of a single article. I wouldn't object to TYATU being deleted per se, but not in this fashion. However, listing all the episodes would take forever, so perhaps a forum for proper discussion? Although someone would then say "this is a case for VFD, not the dump, I suppose. Ho hum. Anyway, yeah, not like this. --UU - natter09:39, Jun 25

Strategic Keep it keeps "certain folk" from fouling up mainspace articles. And its hidden away in its own little corner, so its not really hurting anything. --Mn-z 15:11, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
If it's just for the one page, keep (some of the kids seem to like it). If it's for all the pages, Invalid nomination (VFD does not work like that. Too much opportunity for evil, and not the good kind of evil, either). SirModusoperandiBoinc! 16:38, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
Delete. So when it comes to VFD there are typically 3 things that could potentially save an article despite it being shit: its significance as an in-joke, its significance as a blue link, and the overall effort put into it. Back in the day, when this was nommed last, I voted to keep based on the first and third reasons. However, nowadays, TYATU has stretched itself far, far too thin, and no longer carries any significance whatsoever. At best, it is just a vanity pet project of its two creators, whose self-inserts have dominated 80 percent of the action; at least back in the past, while it was still vanity, it at least pandered to other members of the site! It isn't even an in-joke anymore; the only in-joke that's arisen from it is its shocking ability to not be deleted, and what the hell kind of a horrible meta in-joke is that? As a blue link, sure, it means we'd have a lot of cleaning up to do when it comes to deleting the articles, but we've gotta do what we've gotta do. And, sure, it may look like Meganew and Uncyclopedian put in a lot of effort into this, but that still doesn't make it good. Each episode is a tired rehash of the last one, with an evident lack of humor or original content. They may be typing a lot, but it doesn't mean they're putting effort into it. Words words words, delete TYATU. --TKFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK 06:57, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
Delete. A double first. Up for VFH and VFD at the same time. It really should be posted onto Meganew's page and left there. If were not prepared to let another writer put up his fantasy sequel to Power Rangers with him as the main mover (!) in a recent VFD then there isn't a good reason for this to exist in the main uncyclopedian space. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate). 09:30, 25 June 2009 (UTC)

This, of course, means that we'll be deleting each subsequent episode of TYATU, and not just the first. This includes all spinoffs (including my own). --TKFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK 06:57, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
And by that you mean "We'll be putting each episode here, for voting and, if successful, deletion", right? SirModusoperandiBoinc! 09:41, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
You're not gonna bring all of that here. I fucking mean it. There's like... 500 of them. I'm barely even exaggerating, either. You'll have to make a FFW or V-Week. MegaPleb•Dexter111344•Complain here 09:47, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
I believe your title is "Poopsmith" rather than "VFD landlord"? ~ 09:55, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
No. I'm Mr. Furley and you kids are late with the rent! But seriously, that shit does need to be dealt with but I don't think a mass deletion vote here is good enough, as there is no way anyone will want to/could possibly read all of them to make a fair decision. Hmm... I'm going with what you said against the mass deletion of the timeline which is made up of less than 20 articles, not 300. This is just too large for VFD to handle. *psst* Huff it all as vanity and ignore complaints! It'd totally work that way. Zombiebaron would totally do it that way. MegaPleb•Dexter111344•Complain here 10:12, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
I see the VFH has gone. But it looks like the TYATU crowd are in fact a sub species outfit here only interested in talking to themselves and placing each other in the feature. In other words - disguised vanity which I thought was an auto delete offense. --RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate). 09:58, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
So it's okay to nominate hundreds of articles for deletion at once, but it's not okay to nominate the timeline at once? Saberwolf116 16:25, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
No, its more like we don't have a way to deal with a 500 article long series of bad articles. --Mn-z 16:33, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
There should be a way of dealing with this as it is like horrible bindweed. It will probably double in size in the next twelve months and the people writing it will just carry on..Call the Law of TYATU in their dubious honour and have just one saved as a sad example for what writers shouldn't do.--RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate). 17:04, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
This does operate as an idiot-magnet, and its out of the way. It really isn't hurting anything, and I don't think it will generate similar articles in mainspace. I also don't like deleting stuff that somebody cares about. --Mn-z 17:15, 25 June 2009 (UTC)

Invalid nom. WiP tagged towncruft, in the main, and not just vanity. Remove the vanity - which I've done - and list anyone who replaces it on Ban Patrol. If they remove the WiP tag, bring it back here. Otherwise leave it until they get bored and the WiP tag does its job. --UU - natter09:32, Jun 24
It was created by the person as vanity. I say that due to the fact the version by the original creator contained vanity (See? Who the hell are Barry scott and Geoffery Wansell?). The WiP was just added in the past 24 hours by the guy who "vandalised" it, though I bet it was the original author who wrote it has an IP. Regardless, the WiP is an invalid tag and this unfunny piece of shit falls into VFD's territory. MegaPleb•Dexter111344•Complain here 09:42, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
Barry Scott is best thought of as a UK Billy Mays. Geoffrey Wansell is here. There was one vanity section, as with many towncruft articles. The vanity-adder has been banned, and will get banned again if he adds it again. If he doesn't, it's likely it'll get deleted in a week as no-one else is going to edit this article so the WiP tag will do the job. If the WiP tag gets removed, bring it back here. --UU - natter09:48, Jun 24
