Against. perspective is off, aa is the shadows. The ducks look way too large with respect to the background. The two on the right especially. The overall image size is also too small, especially for how busy it is. This image should probably be about 600x800 or so. Zombiebaron: This image was funny when I first saw it come up in Recent Changes and in the context that it was originally created for. I don't think that it is funny enough to be a featured image (mainly because it's not very funny outside of it's original context). The Untato, ported to SVG format. I tried to duplicate the "coffee stained" effect, which wasn't very easy. See wikipedia:Vector graphics if you don't know why that's amazing.
Against. This is basically the same as the site's logo. The logo is already "featured" at the top of every article. Also, the letters on the top left piece are "rcm". Zombiebaron It is very texty. However, the text on the top of the box is obviously totally unrelated to Charlie Sheen (it seems to be in a foreign language). Also the text on the green part ("Side effects include..." et cetera) is very hard to read, even at full size. With a few tweaks this image could be improved greatly. "George Bush is evil" jokes were never funny. Every president gets an undue amount of criticism while in office and is labeled "evil" by some group of people. It doesn't make it funny. It makes people easily manipulated.
That's another thing. Bush isn't in office anymore, so even if this were funny at some point, it certainly wouldn't be anymore. He's gone, and no one gives a shit about him.
This doesn't look "evil", it looks like somebody had fun with a clone brush. The result is an unrecognizable face, though certainly not anything I'd describe as evil. Maybe you're trying to make him look like a well-known evil character here, but I doubt it.
Even if this were somehow recognizable as "evil," it doesn't make any sense for this to be "George Bush before he puts his mask on" when he's obviously speaking in public.

The only thing I can see wrong is there is a blue line above the upper jaw of the dolphin, where it meets the paper. Everything else seems fine. The teeth are holding onto the paper, so that seems okay. Is it just the blue line needs erasing? Aleister 00:50 2-2-'11

It's just that it doesn't quite work. It looks like the are around the mouth has been cut out and then put back badly, and the homework itself I'd expect to be more on the same plane as the lower jaw of the dolphin, instead of the way it is looking line it's hanging there vertically. Maybe I'm being too picky, but it look's like a chopped image rather than a dolphin holding a piece of homework. I also have about 10 articles to vote on, and staying here and belaboring the poor dolphins isn't helping me get those done. That, and the 12 hour work days. p.s. I had a go at the lip and brushed it up and added a little tear in the corner of the sheet. Its under the file dolpha.jpg, look at it if you want and replace it if you like.
