Yes, not only does the headline not look like a headline, the lede doesn't look like a lede, giving us background on the source before it tells us what happened. This is not a satire of current events the way Wikinews might report it; it is a satire of news analysis as Stratfor might provide (in which case, why fictionalize the name of Wikileaks)? Or is it mocking both Stratfor and Wikileaks? It might come to me in ten more minutes, but so far, it's a jumble of global-conspiracy memes, Iraqi tits, Mutaween, and New World Order.
