Dittoes. An article that has nothing to do with the band Panic at the Disco but takes its name literally and digresses to a first-person creative essay about an actual panic at an actual disco, offbeat but mostly not funny, is not featureworthy. What next, ruminations about a Deep shade of Purple? SpıkeѦ 00:11 3-Jan-13
Ok. Just doesn't do it for me, is all. Nuttin' personal. :D ~ BB ~ (T) ~ Thu, Jan 3 '13 12:46 (UTC)
Against. A) Bridesmaids is a funny movie. B) I was totally expecting that joke. C) What 21-year old has fluoride sitting around in their bathroom? D) The term "male gigolo" is redundant. E) Tl;dr F) I hate everyone. FishIsMyHero227 06:00, January 6, 2013 (UTC)
Shouldn't this be named "UnBooks:PANIC! at the Disco". It's not an encyclopedic page, it's a story. Hence, UnBooks. Am I correct in this?Aleister 23:13 1-1-'13
No. It would if PANIC! at the Disco wasn't a band. And it would also ruin the idea. My Chemical Romance is also a band. If you read the page there, the featured fancy content is a play on the band's name. Instead of being about the band, it tells about a guy who has a romantic relationship with a chemical. PANIC! at the Disco's article has the same concept, but instead we tell about a man who has a tragic panic at a disco. If we put it in UnBooks, then we 99% probably wouldn't trick the reader into reading something that isn't about the band, when in fact the reader is trying to read about the band. Imagine researching about your new favorite band, PANIC! at the Disco and finding this article listing in the search results. Unless the researching fan has been to, heard of, or already knew about Uncyclopedia, they would click the page. But instead of finding information on the band, they find an article about some dude who panicked at a disco.--Sir Peasewhizz de New York(Chat)(Stalk?) 00:05, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
Ah, that explains it. I've never heard of them. Never mind. Aleister 00:11 2-1-'13
So it is your intention to trick the reader with misinformation? Clearly someone has deluded you from the main, true goal of comedy, which is to be straightforward all the time and maybe tell a joke once a paragraph, as long as it isn't blue. --TKFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK 04:38, January 2, 2013 (UTC)
