Nom and 15 thumbs up (I'm all thumbs except for my left foot) An Ape masterpiece, this is one of my faves on the site and I should have nominated it long ago. A metaphor for war, religion, the destruction of nature, man's inhumanity to man, all of that. Standing O (take your pick what the O stands for) Aleister 13:46 8 8
For. I have no idea why I hadn't voted for this yet. Oh well, better late than never. --—John Lydon 12:59, August 24, 2010 (UTC)
Against. I hate to be the lone dissenter, but I feel like South Park already did this, and they did it better, and I didn't really even think it was funny then. pillow talk 16:54, August 10, 2010 (UTC)
Abstain. I remain uncomfortable with the unnecessary rape element to this article. I know it's a minor niggle but just good old sacrificing was enough to make the comic point in my view and to switch to a yes vote. RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 17:23, August 8, 2010 (UTC)
That is the rawest element, but as a satire of conquest, religion, the treatment of women in man-made and societal-excused arenas, and the "rape" of the environment and of nature by humans, it's perfect. So rape expands into commentary here, and doesn't stand alone (and who among us hasn't raped a squirrel?). Aleister 17:48 8 8
