  1. Symbol for vote Semi-self nom and for. Stolen from User:Argh_isle/Content_warning, and adjusted by myself, Al, Spike and Romartus. Obviously to be used for the site's content warning, but if we're going to have it as a front page for the site for any new viewers, we should probably VFH it. 3. For. Despite my comments below, this has to be better than Lyth's kitties. --LaurelsRomArtus*Imperator ITRA (Orate) ® 07:01, January 30, 2013 (UTC)
  4. Yes, yes, a ... never mind. If featured can it have a green feature strip across the corner? But that may take away from the scary bit. Aleister 11:33 30-1-'13

  1. Symbol against vote Against. Let's find some way to thank nominator for his work without making this a FA. We may have to have a Content Warning, being hosted by a corporation in my lawsuit-happy country, but none of us like it. And the main page is for stuff we like, and think the new reader will like; not a Content Warning nor a new, improved Sidebar nor UN:HTBFANJS. They are all necessary but are not our features. PS--This means we should not have to vote to feature this to vote to install it as the site warning. But don't cite me as a contributor; my opinion remains that we should not crack wise with the nav-tools, including this one. What I would have done is at User:SPIKE/Content Warning. Again, the risk to the viewer is not that we are such defiant individuals but merely that the site is a wiki, and the page spends way too much time patting ourselves on the back for our dangerous cleverness. 2. Against. Per my dislike of cracking wise with the navigation tools. Mn-z 13:36, February 1, 2013 (UTC)

  • The formatting to replace the content warning would be slightly different, as it wouldn't need to use that nasty hack to create the background image. As to how this would become featured on the front page if it became a feature... I'm leaving that to someone smarter than me. • Comment. Can we have a sort of 'ying and yang' approach to the template? How easy or not is it to switch the colours from thunderous blue, to nice warm orange? Just a thought. LaurelsRomArtus*Imperator ITRA (Orate) ® 06:59, January 30, 2013 (UTC)
It is going to need those Y & N buttons at the bottom. Do we have any say on that wording? --LaurelsRomArtus*Imperator ITRA (Orate) ® 11:36, January 30, 2013 (UTC)
I'd suggested that Puppy use his "Big Button" as the 'Yes'. I actually pushed the 'no' yesterday to see what happened, and it takes people to the main Wikia page where it's all content for little kids, like from ages 5 to 11. Very odd company. Aleister 11:43
Stuff about buttons. I wasn't going to fuss too much about them. While we can't replace with an image, we can change the wording and elements of the styling. Icons-flag-au Sir CPT Dr PuppyOnTheRadio HMV logo GUN UmP WotM NotM FP VFP VFH CM POTM UGM 12:17 30 Jan
