For, even though I think that most, if not all, of the midway games have the odds heavily biased against the player. SirModusoperandiBoinc! 07:14, December 6, 2009 (UTC)
For. Although I've always thought that the word itself just looks and sounds wrong, somehow. Flamin' Yank slang - why can't they natter in proper lingo like wot I do? --UU - natter14:17, Dec 11
For. Me and the Mrs will never forget the day we went to the county fair early one Saturday morning. It was 10am, I had just bought her a beer and we made the amusing mistake of walking through the midway - where all the games and carnies were. There were no potential customers around except us and we were simply walking around with no intention of playing any games. Then the chants of "get her something" started ringing around me from every direction. Ugly, bitter faces who questioned my manhood and taunted me popped out from every corner of my vision. My wife grabbed my arm as if we were in a hostile section of town. Before we got out of the midway, there was a final, desperate plea to goad me into playing a game. "Why don't you get her something, besides drunk"!?!? We both remember it like it was yesterday but it was 1989!-- 01:12, December 12, 2009 (UTC)
Against. Though I can see a lot of work has gone into this Guildy , I still don't like the tone. I am not saying it is racist but there are passages in the article that do seem to me to be very borderline. Perhaps I am not explaining this well but I can't see what you could do to change my mind on this one. RomArtus*Imperator ® (Orate) 16:26, December 6, 2009 (UTC)
I can see why you'd think that, but it's more of me just making fun of Carnies than it is me being racist against the Central Asian peoples I liken them to. Believe me, I've got nothing against Kazakhs, or anything. —UnführerGuildyRittervonGuildensternenstein 17:37, December 6, 2009 (UTC)

Comment. Are you bragging about having your article reviewed twice? My articles (however few there may be) have all been reviewed at least 3 times. Leprechaun was reviewed 5 times. Would you like a cookie, sir? 22:56,7December,2009
*Pbbt!* I review my own articles. A bunch of times. Ergo, mine are both reviewed the most and I'm gaming the system. SirModusoperandiBoinc! 23:10, December 7, 2009 (UTC)
I wasn't bragging, just drawing attention to the fact that there were two reviews. I should mention, however, that neither was done by me. —UnführerGuildyRittervonGuildensternenstein 03:41, December 8, 2009 (UTC)
