Hey, that's a great idea! If only we could do this sorta thing with all genes, proteins, etc. You got a nice article in the makings. —SirSocky(talk)(stalk)GUNSotMUotMPMotMUotYPotMWotM22:19, 15 October 2009
The article has a clever concept, and doesn't beat it to death. Just the right size. A little eye-glazing-over for those of us not in the field, but that's unavoidable. But the "lyrics" at the end of Section 1 don't fit on my screen using my font. I have the same ill will toward this piece of gobbledygook as is in the Uncyclopedia Style Guide UN:HTBFANJS for unnecessarily long numbers; less random typing would have made your point. Humour:
7
High-quality juxtaposition of two incompatible themes, but not intensely funny.
Concept:
7
High-quality juxtaposition etc. etc. A bit parochial to insiders of molecular biology and popular music, but understandable by everyone.
Prose and formatting:
5
I note above your bad assumption regarding the width of the reader's window, and that the molecule names make my eyes start to glaze over. Otherwise, looks like a real Uncyclopedia article.
Images:
10
Image is well-done; doesn't require additional images.
Miscellaneous:
5
I don't believe these number grades mean much, and you shouldn't either.
