What's this? Oh, shit, I must have wrote this when I blacked out. Well, here it is anyways... Awesome Sauce 01:23, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

Well of COURSE I was going to click on this. ~Minitrue Sir SysRq! Talk! Sex! =/ GUNWotMRotMAotMVFHSKPEEINGHPBFF @ 20:20 Mar 9
Humour: 4 Not great, and by Cajek's scale this article falls into the danger range of being VFD'd. (if it were on the mainspace) I really think that this article fails in its base concept, so I won't completely mark you down for humor. You had some okay moments in here, for instance, "the established YGNYG gay rules ("You're gay" "No, you're gay")" sure made me smile. Good job there. But the gay jokes go way too far beyond funny. I'm not trying to give you any of that liberal guilt that a lot of reviewers like to dish out when it comes to humor about minorities, but I'm really more offended on the level that I'm a comedy writer. I think I'm getting a little closer to the root of the problem about this page, which is more in the concept category.
Concept: 1 Oi. Waaay too in-jokey. I think I've already crossed the line of making terrible in jokes, making it totally unnecessary for you to attempt to do so. You can't exactly go bashing admins and dragging other users (including myself, I had to click edit to make sure there was no {{USERNAME}} template going on. On the other hand, I'm honored to think that I might be notable enough to be quoted in an in-joke article.) into the fray with you. Also, it's really hard to make good gay jokes. I think that the best place to look for good gay jokes would be the Gay page. It was rewritten not too long ago, so it should still be pretty fresh. This is pretty much a dead concept, and I would advise against writing an article like this.
Prose and formatting: 7 I guess the rest of the review is kind of irrelevant, since I basically just told you "don't write this article." But I guess I can still tell you that your prose is pretty good, and that your writing style is adequate. There's not too much of a spin required for your topic, so you didn't use any unique writing techniques or anything. There were some errors with your grammar and spelling. Run it over to UN:PS if you feel like you have to. The formatting seems fine. I don't have much else for you here.
Images: 3 Your images are pretty bad, since the first one is completely text based and I'm just sick of seeing that second one all over the place. I would recommend changing some images. Try including an album cover from Spang's music. Try getting some other pictures involving Spang in various suggestive positions. Then again, on second thought, don't. Just find something better to write about.
Miscellaneous: 3.8 Averaged.
Final Score: 18.8 To be honest, I don't think that this would survive on the mainspace. Articles that openly attack admins for no real reason generally don't. Also, it kinda stinks of IRC. I'd be curious to hear your side of the story as to this article's conception. What's the point? Because at face value, this just looks like a bunch of gay jokes coupled with familiar names.

Well, as far as why I made this article, it wasn't really as a form of admin-bashing (honestly, I think Spang is actually one of the nicer admins), more to give people a chuckle for an article creating a whole gay-life for someone they knew. I wasn't going to put it on the mainspace, obviously, since most people wouldn't know what the hell I was talking about (as evidenced by the talk page). I had no idea the whole gay thing had been done to death around here, or I would have made it about something else. As far as the whole misquote thing goes, I probably should have snuck more misquote humor in besides the two inconspicuous remarks. Gay images didn't seem to be very widespread around here, so I just grabbed a couple I thought were gayest. It's gonna stay on my userpage, don't worry. 65.100.88.138 01:28, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
