This is a geographical location most Americans have never heard of, maybe the British users would get the point, but hey, there are American locations here that a lot of British people have never heard of, since that is true, a perfect 10 seems like a fair score.

Almost every word seems to me to be spelt correctly. Grammar seems excellent. Seems to me to be in encyclopediac tone. But the format seems mismatched, so I think a 9 would be a fair score.
