Starts out with Five Grand Laws, but fails to explain what they relate to. Adds a couple more laws, one of which is about somebody named Kyle, that nobody cares about. This is followed by a lot of quotes, which are easy to ignore, there are too many of them, and they do not make any point. Finally, there is a description of some sort of series of wars, which reads like a combination of a dull history book, and made-up nonsense. Nonsense is rarely funny.
