I chuckled silently to myself a few times. It's a very subtle, satirical humor, which is nice. I don't expect anyone to actually laugh at this one.

"I only buy this magazine for the articles." I'm not sure if you were aiming for that joke, but it seems like it. Well done. I think it needs more jokes about how the philosophical issues involved are not appropriate for children under 18.
