The idea itself has been done before, but it still has plenty of potential. There's a lot of untapped potential I can see in this article, it just needs a little TLC (Note: This score will drop to 0 if this article turns into a Lolcat-style format)
Prose and formatting:

It's difficult to rate the spelling and grammar, as... well, it's supposed to be written by a cat. The style itself for the cat works well enough, but it's kind of ruined by being pulled out of it at the very end by a human. I feel like it could have been done better if the whole article was written "by the cat" (Again, see the note under Concept)

The pictures were alright. In fact, they were the sole cause of me smirking while watching the article. Still, I feel like this is getting uncomfortably close to Lolcat territory, and the fact that they're hidden unless you hover the mouse over the words doesn't help.
