As 99.93% of content on Uncyclopedia is for mature audiences only, the International Board of Comedy and Satire (IBCS) and Uncyclopedia are working to finish the Content Ratings project. All based upon the template {{IBCSrate}}, the IBCS user known under the name Serial blanker contributes to Uncyclopedia while vandalizing any and all content. However, anyone can contribute. Sadly, most people put ratings carelessly upon Uncyclopedia's articles and don't care what it says. Eat them all to contribute even more.
