Any reason why the addition of the {{News|March 2006}} tag was reverted? It's needed for article categorisation. --Carlb 12:31, 5 March 2006 (UTC)

STM just being lazy in the rollback (which is rude to use for nonvandalism). He re-added it. --Splaka 07:51, 6 March 2006 (UTC)

Naughty moose! no cookie. --Splaka 05:50, 7 March 2006 (UTC)

I love this. I printed the article out and tacked it onto a bulletin board at my school. I'll tell you if it gets any comments, but I doubt anybody here will "get" it. Does that count as press exposure? --—rc (t) 02:19, 7 March 2006 (UTC)

heh heh, cool! thanks rc -- Tinymooose.gif » Sir Savethemooses Grand Commanding Officer ... holla atcha boy» 21:05, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
Hang it over your ironing board... that would qualify as press exposure. --Carlb 14:09, 8 March 2006 (UTC)

edit The refugees

Megatexas National Guard troops report that upwards of fifty thousand No Orleans refugees remain holed up in the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas, with hundreds of thousands more in the Houston Astrodome, awaiting buses which never arrived and which were to be supplied by FEMA to take them to the French Quarter in time for Mardi Gras.

The refugees are reported to be currently without food, water, electricity or working toilets and to be surrounded by thousands of federal troops and officials busily turning away truckloads of water and supplies to prevent them from reaching those affected by what is rapidly becoming an out-of-control disaster.

While some of the refugees are attempting to flee the increasingly-dangerous conditions, they are finding their path blocked by guards and police with dogs and guns. In response to questioning from the press, President Bush responded "I don't think anybody anticipated the Mardi Gras celebrations to go on at the scheduled date."

However, yesterday in a tape obtained by UnNews, ex-FEMA director Michael Brown is seen telling both Chertoff and Bush exactly when the celebrations were to occur, as well as their plans for the day...
