As always, Czech citizens regret not building anti-floods protective barriers (A-FPB). After massive floods in 1997, 2002 Czech parliament had agreed on buying 60 tons of all new A-FPB from USA, but during pre-election preparations forgoten to pay for it. New Orleans company selling this best-in-the-world water-proof product which must-not-be-named promised to immediatelly remove the load unloaded in the summer of 1998. Because of high cost of elections, the Czech government doesn't have enough money to be able to afford to pay for such exquisite equipment. Since tons of concrete blocks are blocking the runway no planes can take off from Ruzyne airport in Prague.
