To be nominated, you must:

• Be a registered member.
• Not nominate yourself. You can vote for yourself, but you can't nominate yourself.
• Have written at least five "full" articles.

Nominate the member who has written the funniest, highest-quality stuff in the past month.

Nominations end one week from the end of the month. Over the course of the month you may vote ONCE for your favorite writer. Do your research! Vote for who makes you giggle immensely. On the first of the next month, the winner will be announced.

1. Nom de fleur. Although Mr. Pirat could have been nominated from the Old Timer's Committee, he gained a half-feature in April for Ron Paul to go with his eight other features. Sir Jocke was here before my time, so others can better sing his praises, but I've run across his work enough in my wanderings to say that this award is well-deserved and is as overdue as Lindsay Lohan making a good movie. 1. Nom and Spiritual For and For sure next month. I must confess a horrible thing - up until just now I've been unaware of Weebil's work here except for his huge number of past UnNews pages (one of only three users with 200+ UnNews pages), or didn't associate a page with a name. Now that I've checked out his user page, it's like, WTF, and then I finally read a few of his pages, and it's WTF!!! and you know what, I think almost everybody here has ignored him as much as I have. Because if not, if we hadn't ignored him, he would have had won WotM years ago, proabably would have easily had 40 or many more pages featured instead of none, and we would have seen that he is totally in love with this place and hugs it like a Teddy Bear because he see it as so good and fun to play in. Weebils last won anything, the Foolitzer Prize, a long time ago. I really didn't know him from Adam until about an hour ago, although I have nominated him for WotM in the past and have him on a list of "WTF he hasn't won this yet?" users. Aleister 22:48 8-5-'12
