Bill Golding's musical of political satire, Lord of the Flies, features the infamous "Tradition" scene where a very Russian, Russian boy named Piggy sings of the importance of tradition in the workplace. Other, more mediocre songs are also used in the musical, such as "If I Had a Sex Change" and "To Death."
Piggy dies by the end of the story, thus proving only that HR is part of the evil corporation trying to shut us down by lowering health benefits. We've gotta fight this from the underground.
