Wikipedia doesn't liek Togepi. Their so-called-experts feel as though Togepi is too much of a loser to deserve its own article.

Togepi is a Pokemon, no matter what you think. Not much is known about this little critter, except what that know-it-all computer thing Ash has says.

Togepi is the pokemon that started all of the other really retarted pokmon! They use dto be cute and cool but now there is like 500 of them and they are all fucking ungly!

After a long battle between Ash, Misty, Brock, and Team Rocket for a enormous egg, Misty beat Ash out of the way, and got Togepi to look at her first. Togepi, being half-duck, half-pokemon, half-robot, half-duck, and three-quarters pasta, started following her around, forcing Misty to take care of it.

It was inherently lazy, forcing the ginge to carry it everywhere, point-blankly refusing to say or do anything, when left to its own devices. Occasionally it likes to roll places. Gets its ass into lots of bother and likes to make a general annoyance of itself. Waves arms in case of danger.

Since Misty doesn't let anyone look at it closely, we must assume that there was something unusual about the pair. They are often gone in night shoots of the hit reality show Pokemon. Some argue that this is because Misty is a girl, and must sleep separately than the guys so that the TV show's permit isn't broken. But we know otherwise. Some kind of weird, perverted pokesex must be going on.

In the beginning of season five, Togepi evolves into Togetic, due to an assassination attempt. It then ditches Misty and stays in the Mirage Kingdom forever with as horde of Togepi that somehow appear there. Misty always will miss her egg friend. That is, until she stole another bike.

No one knows why the hell Togetic actually wanted to stay in the Mirage Kingdom, but many believe that is because it found the princess hotter than Dawn and wanted to do naughty things with her. Knowing this infuriated Misty. The episode was actually 45 minutes long, but was only aired in japan. Just after the end credits of the American show, Misty stabs a guy because he would not give her his bike and she rode over back to the Mirage kingdom. Once she found the princess, Togetic was taking pornographics of her. Misty then neutered the princess and set the kingdom on fire. Togetic, now having evolved into Togekiss, is a resident of Iraq, helping terrorists.

It is also said that Togepi does fantastic blowjobs.

Sex: Yes please. Oh wait, you mean Togepi's gender? It's undetermined, but most think that it is male.

Attacks: Every once in a while, Togepi claps its hands and says something annoying until something asplodes while everyone wonders why the hell it a sploded.
Defenses: Rolls it's eggs into your face.
Identification: It is always in its eggshell. This is because Misty is just too stupid to hit it with a hammer so that everyone can know what's under the egg.
Current Residence: Unknown, because Misty's lap seems to be occupied doing naughty things for bikes. However, Togepi should still be in the Mirage Kingdom, helping other Togepi, or whatever the hell it's doing there. But after Misty burned the mirage kingdom 4 months ago, Togepi moved on to become a citizen of Iraq, where it supports barristers and often helps them.
