I went out and got the 2004 live-action movie. It really does have all the faults we lampoon--chiefly, that Jonathan Frakes doesn't seem to be able to decide whether he wanted gripping action or campy cartoon comedy as in the Batman TV show--but it doesn't stop it from being a satisfying piece of high-tech eye candy with bits of actual character development. {{User:SPIKE/signature}}<small>10:20 27-Mar-12</small>

I went out and got the 2004 live-action movie.
