Based on Pot v. Kettle, this one should eventually have more meaning. I snuck a "Coke" section in involving Scalia. Crazyswordsman...With SAVINGS!!!! (T/C) 04:26, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

Hmm, not being American this is probably going over my head to some degree but I think I get it- 's a quite funny concept, good potential, but I reckon you could focus more on the actual process of the trial; use some suitably absurd arguments for and against each possible name, just dressed up in a lot of superfluous and nonsensical legal language (eg "I think the jury will agree that in deference to the generally held definition of a name, wheretofore is held proper to be a legal and moreover binding impingement on the holder's own self that whomsoever is subject to such a flaccid point of sub judice consideration will agree that the party in question (pop) is gay.") but hey, I'm just ad libbing- give it some development and it could be really good. Although you really do need to remove some of the red links. --Sir Jam 14:15, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
There's no jury in the Supereme Court. There's nine justices. Crazyswordsman...With SAVINGS!!!! (T/C) 14:42, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
See this is why people should just ignore me...--Sir Jam 14:49, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
I always though soda was pop, or is that the joke? If so, ignore this comment. -- Hindleyite 19:49, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
That's the joke. And the joke about Scalia and Coke, they really call it Coke in the South. Crazyswordsman...With SAVINGS!!!! (T/C) 21:59, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

In Canada, =everyone= calls it "pop". That's how we tell the American tourists from the real people. Denni 01:35, 9 January 2007 (UTC) Apparently, in Montreal, they also call it soda :/ weirdos. 207.179.172.220 18:07, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

More Americans and Canadians refer to soft drinks as "Pop" than "Soda". Fact. http://popvssoda.com:2998/stats/ALL.html
