My first 'proper' article, and nobody NRV'd it yesterday, so I'm assuming it can't be awful. As the name suggests, it's a biting satire or something, on the Wikipedian vandal their admins have amusingly dubbed 'Mr Pelican Shit' (for adding the words 'pelican shit' to various articles). The name made me laugh, so I came up with the idea that it was a real name and that he was a respected author and Internet mogul.

It needs some expansion, but I'm not sure what kind of expansion. Maybe a joke bibliography or something. --Magicaltrevor 14:40, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

I like it. I am amused. I was just reading, though and this sentence stuck out:

"and almost everything on Yahoo, except for that page full of financial crap that nobody except a moron cares about but that loads whether you ask for it or not if you're unfortunate enough to have an account."

It seems a bit too long, and I would suggest lobbing some of it off into a footnote, perhaps. It's an amusing idea, but I found that it's just like reading a something by Ernest Hemingway, you know those neverending sentences that stretch on and on and on into infinity, ad nauseum... Aside from that, I was definitely amused by the Charles Darwin bit, and the concept itself is fairly amusing. Good luck. --epynephrin 14:37, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
