Who has something bad to say about Romania, just GO AWAY!!! Brotakul salutes u all with a great: BESI MA!!!!

I would like to have a "chat" with the "bulangii" that wrote those articles. The fact is that we have a history spanding over 3000 years. Our ancestors (daci, geti, odrizi, etc) built empires long before the Roman empire conquered them. You should also know that there were many wars between the romans and the dacians before the final victory of the romans (the romans lost many battles, that is). Many roman generals were very frightened to pass the Danube because of the dark forests on the other side, in Dacia. Dacia was the last province attached to the Roman Empire and the first they lost.

Afterwards there were the invansions of the slav peoples. The population here managed to overcome this as well. Also this is where the Turks were stoped from their expansion into Europe. Hundreds of years Europe was saved by three small states (Transylvania, Wallachia and Moldavia) sometimes with the help of the Hungarian or the Polish. While the western states were developing these lands were ravaged by endless wars. But we survived that too. This is a very important fact because the small three states were placed right between the three great powers of the region (Hungarian Empire, the Polish and the Ottomans) all of which had tried to control them, sometimes even succeding.

But still, after the First World War, all the teritories where romanian people lived were united and finally after centuries of struggle all romanians lived in the same state. This unity didn't last through the Second World War, the soviets taking Basarabia (the teritory of the today's Moldavia)in 1941.

This is just a pathetic little story about some of the facts that happened here. There are many more other things that should be said. History has been very harsh for us so i guess that's why we are so undeveloped and primitive compared to the western states.

The coruption and all other bad things come from 50 years of comunism during which coruption and thievery flourished. We still have those bad habits but the worst doesn't come from the romanians(if you ever come here you'll see that yourself). The worst things that happen in our society come mainly from one source: the gipsyes. The gipsies are a nomadic people, probably from the Pundjab province (India), brought here about four hundred years ago as slaves. They where liberated but they never were able to fit in the civilised society. Studies show that 90% of the prison inmates are gipsies. The humanitarian organizations and the Government blindly protect them, offer them more rights (i think they have more rights than a romanian citizen), even if no one ever managed to succesfuly fit them in society. This happens mainly because of the gipsy mentality (never work, make a living by taking advantage of others). Given the fact that the Government foolishly continues to give them more and more rights, the gipsies steal, live in extraordinary luxury (it is said that their reason for stealing is poverty): palaces, tons of gold, expensive cars, and so on, they don't have identity cards, they don't ever buy anything, they take, they steal electricity that obviosly is paid by us, they leave in other countries only to steal and destroy, which they succesfully do but only for a short time because western states have better laws and bigger interest in their inhabitants wellbeeing, and they catch them and send them back here to further plunder this poor country.

So you see, this is our great wound now, our shame in the world. This will be surpassed when the romanians will finally have enough of this shit.

The country is very beautiful and most of the people are good folks. Try coming here and you'll see.

Whoever wrote this is probably sticking cactuses down his dick and trying to achieve orgasm while watching rednecks rape cats, rabbits and other furry little animals. Pointless to say you don't care... you think you're cool and uncyclopedia is the best thing that you cosider happened to you... I know this post/"edit" is going to be modified or deleted(i'll take my time to write) to suit your perverted needs like digging up dead people in the middle of the night and sucking their dick untill it goes into erection (maybe you'll write an article about that) while your dead-drunk buddy takes pictures of you and your wife rubs herself against the funeral stone... or maybe bungee jumping naked with the bungee cord attatched to your balls while jerking off with your lucky baseball glove and screaming as loud as you can "Hello MOM!!! You don't have a life, not even half a life, so you decided to start a website and try as hard as you can to be funny. If it's because your boss is a pain in the ass your wife cheats on you and you don't have the guts to do something about it, your neighbours dog shits on your wellcome mat and you just start crying and complaining that life's a bitch... it doesn't matter...looks like you decided to be a bitch yourself...

Most of the above rants just prove some people don't have a sense of humour and are too easily offended (which amounts to the same, really). All countries are mocked on Uncyclopedia; the whole idea of the site is mockery and humour. You may not like it, but insulting it gets you nowhere; everything is ridiculed. To miss the point on such a scale does nothing but prove some of us are truly iredeemable... (Avalon)

Thank you for your suggestion! When you feel an article needs fixin', please feel obligated to make whatever changes you feel are needed, (even though they'll probably be reverted 5 seconds later). Uncyclopedia is a wiki, so almost anyone can edit almost any article by almost simply following the edit link almost at the top. You don't even need to log in in most cases! (Although there are some reasons why you might like to...) The Uncyclopedia Cabal encourages you to be italic. Don't worry too much about making honest mistakes—they're likely to be found and corrected quickly, and your 6 month ban will fly by faster than you think. the one who has written is an idiot, moron etc...our contry aint the best one in the world but nor is yours, wherever u live in. Im romanian and im ashamed of gypsys, like all real romanians. We have problems with several aspects, such as corruption mainly, but be sure that reality is totally different ....its like taking all the problems that our country had had at a certain time, during the last 50 years (or the moron that wrote this thinks that happened) and presenting them as general truths regarding Romania. U say this is humour, but offending an entire nations does not sound funny to me. So would you please reconsider your position. Why do u say that we dont know english ? looks like i do know, and everyone who has commented on your pathetic funny article wannabe. We know to count, i even now integrals, limits and high level math analysis and algebra...u dont even know LaGrange formula. stop insulting people and try to be funny next time, will you ?
