This fine piece of luncheon meat appears at this address in reference to the Nigerian penal code, section 419, which is intended to prohibit this scam. As such, defining 419 by quoting this mess in its entirety appears to be by design. --Carlb 14:42, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Brilliant article, I'm pissed-off though because I was just about to write one for 419 scams. I'd suggest the whole thing be rendered in capital letters though.
