Super Mario 128
From Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia.
Super Mario 128 is an elusive game, only seen in the wild by Shigeru Miyamoto and a select group of Asian schoolgirls as well as that same guy who discovered the first pokemon. It is the successor to the blockbuster hit Super Mario Moonshine. It has been announced year in, year out, and in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out and has succeeded in surpassing it's two major competitors in the race for Most Delayed Game Since Daikatana (these being Starcraft Ghost and STALKER. Note that Duke Nukem Forever isn't in the race, as it only applies to games that WILL eventually be released). Like the pokemon that you still have on your yellow version.

[edit] Delays
Because of angry fans, Nintendo has issued press releases explaining why the game is late. Experts theorize that by the time the game will be ready, Oprah, along with the entire cast of The View, will have consumed the world. In fact those same experts then went on to say that the world will not end in 2012 because of some big and epic devestation but because oprah actually read the oprah book club book while sitting. Of course these same experts were hired by your name here
[edit] 2003
The game was due to be shown at E3 in 2003, but was held back because Shigeru Miyamoto was attempting to take over the world using exploding tampons. It took the might of Hiroshi Yamauchi to convince Miyamoto that this idea was stupid and that further delays would cause him to be stripped of his Internet privileges.
[edit] 2004
Their were rumours that the game would be shown at E3 in 2004. According to Nintendo's press release, Reggie Fils-Aime accidentally kicked the asses and took the names of the SM128 development team. Being ass- and name-less, they could not finish their work, forcing Nintendo to resort to hiring monkeys once more. The last Nintendo product produced by monkeys was Mario Party 6. And every Party before that, as well.
[edit] 2005
The game was DEFINITELY going to be shown at E3 in 2005, along with the next gen console and games. It was later revealed that Miyamoto had wired the game with explosives to prevent anyone from stealing his ideas, thus triggering several Terrorism Detectors®, and therefore failing to make it into the convention hall. The beta copy of Super Mario 128 currently resides in Area 51, along with a working Nintendo Revolution.
[edit] Speculations
It is often speculated what '128' could mean. Among the more popular distilled meanings are:
- Took 128 years to finish.
- Two "Super Mario 64" cartridges taped together.
- 128 monkeys worked on this.
- The game's price tag. Optimists hope that it will be 128 yen.
- "I have killed 128 people for calling me Shigsy". This theory is not without controversy.
