Statute of Westminster Adoption Act 1942
From Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia.
In the middle of World War VI it became clear that Mediocre Britain was being over-run by illegitimate babies, mostly produced by Winston Churchill and his war cabinet during 'inspections' of 'troops'. In the Churchill's secret bunker alone, 4 out of 5 WAAFs fell pregnant. Questions were asked in Parliament about whether Churchill actually meant any war-related work at all when he was speaking about "fighting (hemm hemm) on the beaches".
The official answer was that Nazi spies were to blame, for distracting vital personnel using old Rudolph Valentino movies and copious quantities of smuggled French champagne. Churchill himself was unrepentant, describing his activities as 'maximum effort to build manpower'. Eventually the number of babies bearing his features became a major embarrassment - the tiny cigars were a particular giveaway, although they have subsequently been successfuly marketed to that weirdo in the pub who always wears golf cardigans and nylon slacks as cigarillos - and Britain's allies were called on the take up some of the babies and so disburse them globally, before Goebbels and Hitler began to notice and try to compete with Churchill's illustrious endeavours in producing high-class bastards. These "high-class bastards" may one day rule our society, with their fortitude and patriotism.
Championed by futurologist Mel Gibson, The Statute of Westminster Adoption Act of 1942 was the result in Australia, a very important piece of legislation that brought shiploads of miniature Churchills to Australia. Some were placed with well-to-do families, some with poor families who received a Government bonus payment. Rumours abound about who was a 'Churchill', including the late Kerry Packer, Fred Nile, and of course the current Australian Prime Minister, John Winston Howard. Steve Irwin has made a career of hunting these wild Churchills.
