South Central Los Angeles is a lower regeon of LA primarily populated by gang members. It is estimated that 9 out of every 10 people living here are gang members. South Central LA also is the most densely bullet-populated city with an estimated 500 bullets per square foot.

Drug smuggling has always been a large problem at the Woodlawn. There is so much drug activity around, that you can actually pick up Weed in the middle of Rockford.
